We set up Byce because of our felt need for a business specifically dedicated to interim management and executive search. Not as a by-product of a consultancy bureau, but as an autonomous core activity. An organisation ready to deploy our knowledge and experience where it will be of most benefit to both parties. An organisation dedicated to the creation and retention of a network of customers, managers and independently established interim managers.

Founders and partners of the Byce organisation have considerable personal experience in this sector, as interim manager, senior manager and member of the Board of reputable interim management organisations. They have more than century of combined experience in the provision of commercial services. We are also familiar with the code of conduct and professional regulations drawn up by the RIM, the official body for interim management bureaus in the Netherlands. Byce endorse and comply with the RIM terms and conditions and code of conduct.
