Jan Schuurman (1957) has national and international experience in the automotive sector. His experiences vary from dealers and importers to automotive producers, and he worked closely together with test houses, ministries and other service organizations within this sector. Jan has been involved in the development and implementation of new concepts, model approvals, leading and rehabilitation of dealer companies. He has worked for Ford, Hessing, DSM, Spyker Cars, MSX, Trading Cars and other firms. His network covers the entire automotive industry.

Joop Toller (1949) has wide experience as a consultant for learning and developing and as a management trainer and coach. He has worked with companies such as Philips, Volvo and Solvay and governmental institutions like the ministry of defence and the Dutch Police. Joop was program manager at De Baak Management Centre, a renowned training institute for managers and directors. He worked abroad for the development of an international management development program. He worked as a MD/HRD manager in large multinational firms such as DSM and Nuon. Joop also built a corporate university and led it for years.

He studied Organization Psychology and Personnel Psychology in Utrecht and Amsterdam and followed post-doctoral courses and workshops on Business and Human Resource Management at business schools like TIAS/Nimbas and Insead.

Joop focuses on (out)placement, management coaching, executive coaching and team development. Furthermore he consults HRM, MD and HRD managers on effective strategies for learning and developing within organisations and how to implement these.

Nico Hopman (1949) During the past 15 years, Nico Hopman was employed as senior advisor for a major consulting firm. In search and selection procedures he focused on functions at management level and interim professionals in the HRM field. Besides his role in search and selection he coached professionals and has been active as an outplacement and career consultant. As an interim manager he carried out various HR and board member assignments. Prior to that, he worked as an HR manager in several healthcare institutions, including two academic hospitals en and a psychiatric centre. Besides studying Labour Market Policy/Personnel Management, Nico also completed a two-year Post Master study on organisational science of SIOO, an inter university centre for organising, change, innovation and management studies.
