A specific form of coaching that focusses in the first place on gaining a clear self image about drives, ambition and abilities for the coached client. Next we focus on a plan of approach and guidance to take a (potential) next career step.
During the intake we use several assessment techniques that our partners are certified in. Some of these instruments are: OPQ, PAPI, AEMcube and Management Drives of Pofile Dynamics.

Our clients in career coaching are mainly managers and professionals that are orientating on a next step in their career. Furthermore our services are requested by organisations to guide their employees in a career step (replacement) or to guide them on their way to a new employer (outplacement programs).
