Individual coaching
Individual Coaching is a method of intensive individual guidance from executives, managers and professionals. It’s a method in which the coached client will have regular meetings with his or her coach. During these meetings situations in which the coached client functions will be discussed. From there the coach and client will cooperate
to analyse the situation and clarify the way in which he or she can improve his or her own effect and impact on the result in such situations.
In between the meetings we ask the client to write a report of the previous meeting and indicate the way in which is being worked on the assignments in the period leading up to the next meeting. Hereby reflection is an important instrument for the learning process.
Approach and scheduling
Before taking any substantial steps it’s important to clarify the abilities of leadership. Therefore the candidate will take an assessment (OPQ, Profile Dynamics of Management Drives). The results of this assessment will be discussed thoroughly with the candidate.
The program will contain 8 sessions in total: the assessment at the start, 6 coaching meetings and an evaluation meeting. The sessions will be scheduled in joint consultation. It is wise to schedule the first sessions shortly after one another. After that the frequency can be decreased depending on the need of the client.
Confidentiality/secrecy
Coaching will take place in a safe and confidential setting. Coach and client will maintain confidentiality in handling all information that is discussed in
