• have a high level of professional and intellectual ability
• have a minimum of 10 years of experience at large and complex
organisations
• have a thorough knowledge of and ample experience in the
field of interim management
• manage and advise entirely independently
• are able to penetrate and manage complex processes
• have advanced social and communicative skills
• have a result and people-oriented disposition
• are ORM and/or IM-registered or are willing to do so
• work in accordance with the RIM code of conduct
