| The interim manager carries out the assignment in accordance with the action plan. The progress and risks are discussed with the client and Byce on a periodic basis. A partner of Byce coaches during the assignment. |

| At this phase, the interim manager finalises the assignment and transfers the results and products to the responsible manager within the organisation. |
