Real teams are successful on two levels. The explicit assignment -1- is to deliver a specific accomplishment. The implicit assignment -2- is to work together as a team. This is how teams prove the theorem that the whole offers more than the individual components: 1+2=4.
Our experience tells us that organisations and their teams can accomplish more than they usually do. We notice organisations are working in teams more and more.
